TweakIE9 is a freeware software tool which lets you as the name states tweak and customize Internet Explorer 9.

With TweakIE9 users can make special IE9 shortcuts, make a custom homepage with thumbnails of websites, supports up to 24 in total.

TweakIE9 compared to other IE tweak tools includes a function to restore the tweaked parts of IE9.
